By enabling GPS, you agree that this application will collect your geographic coordinates (latitude and longitude) only at the time of clock in and clock out events.
What we collect: GPS coordinates at the moment you clock in or out. No continuous or background tracking.
Purpose: To verify shift location for timesheet accuracy and compliance.
Who has access: Your employer's authorized supervisors and administrators.
Your rights: You may disable GPS at any time via the Settings toggle. Previously collected data remains in the system per retention policy.
Retention: Location data is retained for 6 years in accordance with New York and New Jersey labor record-keeping requirements.
